The control panel displays the pressure difference between the supply air and the two exhaust filters in real time, and there is a pressure gauge in the operating area relative to the laboratory pressure. It can directly and effectively understand the working status of the third level safety cabinet and the safety working situation of the safety cabinet.
14. Filter failure alarm, when any filter in the safety cabinet fails, it will prompt an audible and visual alarm, and indicate the filter that needs to be replaced. Personnel will replace it in a timely manner to ensure safety in all aspects.
15. An air pressure alarm is triggered in the operating area of the safety cabinet. When the negative pressure value in the operating area is less than 120Pa, it is considered safe. When it exceeds this value, the sound and light alarm of the safety cabinet prompts laboratory operators to pay attention to checking the faulty machine and provide an emergency response prompt. When there is a significant fluctuation in air pressure, an alarm will also be triggered. Improved security warning and alert functions.
