1. Scope of application

The Class III biosafety cabinet adopts a fully enclosed design structure. Operators use rubber gloves set on the fully enclosed negative pressure cabinet to operate in the enclosed operating area of the Class III biosafety cabinet, protecting personnel and the environment during the operation process.

3. Performance indicators

3.1 Integrity of high-efficiency filters

The scanning detection filter has a leakage rate of no more than 0.01% at any point,

The leakage rate of non scannable detection filter detection points shall not exceed 0.005%.

3.2 Vibration amplitude

The net amplitude of vibration between frequencies of 10Hz and 10kHz shall not exceed 5 μ m (rms).

3.3 Illumination

The average illuminance is not less than 650 lx, and each measured illuminance value is not less than 430 lx.

3.4 Mechanical Properties

The design and structure of a Class III safety cabinet can resist overturning or deformation caused by external forces, downward bending caused by workbench loads, and overturning caused by working loads. After applying a pressure of 23kg at the center of the workbench, there is no deformation of the workbench.

3.5 Electrical Performance

Voltage resistance: When the voltage value rises to 1390V AC voltage within 5 seconds, it remains for 5 seconds without breakdown.

Leakage current ≤ 10mA.

Grounding resistance ≤ 0.1 ohms.
