2、 Structural and functional characteristics:

1. Jinan Xinbeixi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is one of the drafting units for the product standard YY0569-2011 Level II Biosafety Cabinet in the pharmaceutical industry of the People's Republic of China; Its safety cabinet complies with both the industry standard YY0569-2011 Grade II Biosafety Cabinet and the national standard GB 41918-2022 Biosafety Cabinet requirements;

2. The cabinet adopts a 10 ° tilt angle design, which conforms to ergonomic principles, has a larger viewing angle, is easy to operate, and is more user-friendly;

17. A comprehensive alarm system:

(1) Glass door not at safe height alarm: The safe height of the glass door is 200mm. When the front side of the safety cabinet is higher or lower than the safe height, the safety cabinet will sound and light an alarm;

(2) Filter pressure over high alarm: When the resistance of the filter increases, the safety cabinet will sound and light an alarm;

(3) Filter failure replacement alarm: When the service life of the filter expires, there will be a filter replacement sound and light alarm;

(4) Airflow fluctuation alarm: When the airflow fluctuation of the safety cabinet exceeds 20% of the nominal value, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered;

18. Safe chain protection design: Chain protection is set up for misoperation, so even if misoperation occurs, it will not cause harm

(1) Interlocking between safety cabinet fan and glass door: When the safety cabinet glass door falls to the bottom, the safety cabinet fan automatically shuts off, which further protects the use of the safety cabinet and increases its service life;

(2) UV lights are interlocked with safety cabinet glass doors, fans, and lighting fixtures: the UV lights can only be turned on when the glass falls to the bottom and the lighting fixtures are not turned on, preventing accidental operation of the UV lights from causing harm to human health and further protecting personnel safety;

*19. Double trigger signal for closing the front window, enabling the UV lamp sterilization and disinfection function to be activated normally;
